Question 1

What is website security scanning?

Accepted Answer

Website security scanning is an automated process that examines your website for potential vulnerabilities, security weaknesses, and compliance issues. Our service tests your site for common security flaws like SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), outdated software, and other vulnerabilities that hackers could exploit.

Question 2

How long does a scan take?

Accepted Answer

A typical scan takes between 5 to 15 minutes to complete, depending on the size and complexity of your website. Once the scan is finished, you'll receive an email notification and can view the detailed report in your dashboard.

Question 3

What happens if vulnerabilities are found?

Accepted Answer

If vulnerabilities are detected, our report will provide details about the type of vulnerability, its risk level (High, Medium, Low), and clear recommendations on how to fix it. If you need professional help implementing these fixes, our expert consultants are available for hourly consultation.

Question 4

Is the scanning safe for my website?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our security scanner is designed to be non-destructive. It tests for vulnerabilities without causing harm to your website or its data. However, as with any security testing, we recommend running scans on a staging or development environment if you have a complex site.

Question 5

What is the difference between a one-time scan and a monthly subscription?

Accepted Answer

A one-time scan ($5) provides a single, comprehensive check of your site at that moment. A monthly subscription ($4/month) provides continuous protection with automated monthly scans and instant email alerts whenever new vulnerabilities are detected, ensuring your site stays secure over time.

Question 6

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. If you need a refund, please contact support and we'll review your request.

Question 7

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

We accept payments by credit or debit card processed securely through Stripe. You can pay for one-time scans or subscribe to a monthly plan using a modern browser and any major card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Question 8

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers — Stripe handles card storage and processing and all payment pages use TLS to protect your information.

Question 9

Do you provide receipts or invoices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Receipts for payments are emailed automatically by Stripe. For subscription customers, invoices are available in your dashboard. If you require a custom invoice or additional billing information, contact our support team.

Question 10

Do you offer discounts or team/enterprise plans?

Accepted Answer

We occasionally offer discounts and can provide custom pricing for teams or enterprise customers. Please contact sales or support to discuss your needs and volume pricing.

Question 11

Can you help fix vulnerabilities found in my report?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer professional remediation and consulting services. If you'd like assistance implementing fixes, contact our support team to request a quote and schedule help from our security experts.

Question 12

What should I do if I think a finding is a false positive?

Accepted Answer

If you believe a reported issue is a false positive, please flag it in your scan report or open a support ticket with details. Our team will investigate, confirm, and update the report accordingly.
